YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our teams in Lisbon. In this role you will be responsible for:
* Optimize processes and identify business impacts, preparing action plans;
* Collect, analyze, and validate business needs, confirming Business Requirement documents;
* Collaborate with Process Owners and Key Users to create and maintain Detailed Functional Specifications and Test Plans, ensuring the Test Plan is followed during testing;
* Functionally assist IT teams throughout all project phases;
* Communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE
* At least 3 years of experience in BA function with strong documentation skills and analysis capacity;
* Comfortable with basic Office tools;
* Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus);
* Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus;
* Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma will be a plus;
* French is a plus.
