For more information, please visit FairJourney Biologics (fjbio.com).The Role FairJourney Bio is seeking a PR & Communications Specialist to own the company's external voice and content strategy.This role sits at the intersection of science, commercial storytelling, and relationship management, responsible for how FairJourney Bio communicates with the market, the press, and the broader life sciences ecosystem.The PR & Communications Specialist is the bridge between our scientific teams and external audiences, translating deep biologics expertise into clear, credible, and compelling narratives across all channels and formats.Key Responsibilities Content & CopywritingOwn the development of all external communications content, including website copy, service descriptions, newsletters, and marketing collateral.Write and manage case studies that showcase FairJourney Bio's scientific capabilities and client outcomes.Develop thought leadership content (articles, white papers, opinion pieces) positioning FairJourney Bio as a leading voice in biologics development.Press & Media RelationsManage proactive and reactive press relations, including press releases, media outreach, and spokesperson briefings.Build and maintain relationships with relevant life sciences and biotech trade media.Conference & Events ContentLead content preparation for FairJourney Bio's presence at industry conferences, including abstracts, booth messaging, presentations, and post‐event communications.Coordinate with the Business Development and Science teams to ensure content accuracy and commercial alignment.Agency & Partner ManagementServe as the primary day‐to‐day contact for FairJourney Bio's PR & Communications agencies, managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables.Manage the relationships with scientific network partners, to support FairJourney Bio's entry into new local ecosystems.Your ProfileDegree in Communications, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.4+ years of experience in communications, PR, or content roles, ideally within life sciences, biotech, or a CRO/CDMO environment.Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific content into accessible, engaging narratives.Experience managing external agency relationships.Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.Comfortable operating in a fast‐paced, international environment with cross‐functional stakeholders.Familiarity with the biologics or drug development landscape is a strong advantage.Work at the intersection of science and innovation.Be part of a growing international company.Direct exposure to cutting‐edge biotech projects.If you're ready to take the next step in your career path, we'd love to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
