Location: Remote in Continental Portugal
Contract: Full-time (12-month with renewal)

Your Responsibilities:
* Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments).
* Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).
* Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely.
* Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures.
* Monitor and improve your own KPIs.
You have:
* Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1).
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently.
* Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Already located in Portugal OR willing to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help and housing allowance is offered by the hiring company)
