What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working with IT infrastructures in IT system operations.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, networking, IT infrastructure management, system architectures, and IT security practices.
- Deep understanding of strategies, high availability, scalability, and resilience in IT operations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to visualize and evaluate complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and professional leadership capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in some of the mentioned areas is desirable.
- Experience in project or sub-project leadership is advantageous.
- Familiarity with current technologies and trends.
- High level of motivation when working in a high-performance team.
