About the Role:
We are seeking aTeam Lead / Business Intelligence (BI) Developerto join a leading banking project.
This position combinestechnical expertise in BI toolswithleadership skillsto manage development teams and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, ensuring best practices and efficient workflows.
Design, develop, and maintainPower BI dashboards and reports(Cloud & On-Prem).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
Optimizedata models, queries, and performance for large-scale banking datasets.
Manage integrations withMicrosoft Azure,MS DevOps, andSQL Serverenvironments.
Oversee project delivery usingAgile methodologiesandJira.

Requirements:
Proven experience as aBI DeveloperandTeam Lead.
Strong knowledge ofPower BI,data visualization, andETL processes.

Experience withAzure cloud servicesandDevOps pipelines.
Familiarity withAgile project managementtools (e.g., Jira).
Fluent English and French(written and spoken).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in thebanking or financial services sector.
Knowledge ofdata governance,security, andcompliance standards.
