About the Role
The ideal candidate will become a strategic partner to the CEO and take full ownership of the marketing function.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Cross-functional leadership: Manage a team of specialists, coordinate workflows between departments, and ensure quality and timely execution across all activities.
* Content strategy & production: Develop and oversee the content strategy across all channels; lead the creation of case studies; adapt marketing and educational content for new markets.
* Growth & lead generation: Plan and host events; launch email sequences, tripwires, and marketing funnels; build partnerships and collaborations to scale lead generation.
* Analytics & optimization: Track channel performance, calculate campaign ROI and conversion improvements, and optimize active campaigns to improve retention.
