Snapshot of Your Day As a Head of Tool Center Regional Hubs, you will lead and coordinate all Field Service tooling activities across the Europe & Africa region. Reporting directly to the regional Head of Tool Center, this role drives the regional tooling strategy by developing and standardizing tool centers, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and high service quality across all tooling locations.Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities include overseeing tooling inventory and certification, managing regional tooling cost centers and CAPEX planning, harmonizing tooling processes and systems, and supporting digital transformation initiatives through the adoption of internal tooling management applications. The role also focuses on continuous improvement initiatives aligned with EHS and ZERO HARM objectives, while building strong collaboration with Product Lines, Project Management, Sales, and Service Operations teams to ensure tooling availability, utilization, and scheduling meet business demands. Additionally, the position serves as the regional focal point for tooling investments, reporting, governance, and performance management, ensuring tooling operations are efficient, compliant, and strategically aligned with organizational goals.How You'll Make An ImpactReporting directly to the Head of Tool Center for the Region Europe & Africa.Coordinating responsibility for all Field Service tooling within our Region.Drive the implementation of the tooling regionalization strategy within our region and building up tool centers (facility, infrastructure, training of staff, work processes) in region.Ensure tooling inventory is maintained at the required volumes for each of our tooling locations.Harmonize processes and applications used to manage the tooling across the Field Service locations in our region.Managing cost centers of tooling centers in regions by overseeing costs vs. tool rental charging to project.Preparation of CAPEX planning and following up investments to be realized in planned fiscal year.Ensure tooling is certified and in good order.Continuous improvement of tooling and consumables to support our ZERO HARM EHS initiative.Building strong partnerships with tooling competency centers from our Product Lines.Collaboration with the Project Management, Sales and Service Operation organization in our Region in terms of tooling demand and scheduling thereof.Ensure utilization, timeliness and quality targets are met with respect to our Tooling.Support our digitalization efforts by adopting TCTP, which is our internally developed application for managing and dispatching tooling, into all our locations.Act as the single point of contact within our organization for CAPEX requests for tooling.Establish solid reporting around our tooling.What You BringBachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or equivalent, or alternatively a degree in Logistics with a high level of interest in technology.Strong Team Player with good leadership capabilities and communication skills.Be able to apply these skills at all company levels within the organization.Good understanding of our company organization, including head offices and regions.5+ years of personal (preferably hands on) experience in Field Service, or Workshops.5+ years of experience handling logistics, preferably temporary imports and exports.Project Management skills.Fluent in English.Strong analytical skills, understanding of turnkey project set ups and understanding of various implementation concepts are essential.BenefitsYour lunch with SE meal tickets.Stay safe and healthy with our medical subscription.Career growth and development.Flexible work culture & well-being.Continuous professional and personal development opportunities.Being part of an international and open-minded team.We value equal opportunities and welcome applications from people with disabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
