Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Amazon Success Manager.
The Amazon Success Manager will oversee account management activities, implement strategies to grow sales, optimize listings, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Day-to-day tasks include monitoring product performance on the platform, analyzing sales data for actionable insights, managing advertising campaigns, and addressing customer queries or concerns.
Collaboration with internal teams and clients to maximize business outcomes will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Account Management, Sales Strategy Development, and Client Relationship Building
Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Reporting, and Problem-Solving
Knowledge and expertise in Marketplace Operations, Marketing Techniques, and Amazon Policy Compliance
Familiarity with Advertising Campaign Management and Digital Marketing Tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
