? General professional experience:At least 10 years of cumulative professional experience in agricultural development, agricultural policy or institutional reform, of which at least 2 years in a team leader role on agricultural development projects and managing a team of at least 10 people.
?Specific professional experience:Demonstrated experience in agricultural policy design and implementation and institutional capacity building, including work on at least two of the following: food safety, land use rights, agricultural subsidies, extension services, or public finance management.Professional experience in Central Asia, Eastern Europe or the post-Soviet space is a significant asset.
