/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDevelop, implement, and oversee the company's Quality and Food Safety strategy.
/liliEnsure full compliance with ISO ***** standards and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
/liliLead, mentor, and develop the Quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
/liliCoordinate internal and external audits, ensuring the maintenance of certifications.
/liliMonitor performance indicators and implement effective action plans.
/liliCollaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and other key departments to ensure process integrity.
/liliManage customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbProfile Requirements /b /pulliDegree in Food Engineering, Quality Management, Biotechnology, or a related field.
/liliProven experience in Quality leadership roles, preferably within the food industry.
/liliStrong knowledge of ISO ***** and food safety management systems (like FSSC *****, IFS...).
