The Assistant Relationship Officer (RO) Trainee's mission is to support the Bank´s relationship management of certain subsidiaries of the group's international corporate clients as Assistant RO in an innovative, digital and industrial way
Your Main Activities Are
Service corporate clients digitally via phone, email, chat and video
Ensure that the business is performed in alignment with the group's «One Bank» strategy
Act in a product neutral manner in the best interest of the clients and of the BNP Paribas group globally
Ensure that compliance rules, such as Know Your Customer (KYC), fight against money laundering (AML) and Terrorism Financing, and all BNPP's regulations for client intake and client servicing are observed, as well as any local country regulations
Participate in the credit process and follow-up on credit decisions
Ensure data accuracy
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor Degree in International Relations, Economics, Finance or any related fields
Fluency in English, both oral and written
Knowledge in
MS Office Pack, particularly Excel
Digital Working, particularly Video Conferencing, Chat and CRM tools
Client focused mindset with the ability to communicate, interact and engage in an impactful manner
Great organizational skills with a committed, rigorous and proactive approach

Within the Global Banking scope, the European Corporate Hub (ECH) located in Lisbon and Porto, acts as a key provider for a harmonized and best-in-class Client Relationship service, representing a key asset for the BNP Paribas Group's strategy
