Job Description:
We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join an international tech scale-up company, leader in cybersecurity solutions. This company applies security layers to web applications, guaranteeing self-defensive capabilities that enable them to fight any fraud, reverse-engineering, or tampering attempts, avoiding data leakage and damage to the customer’s reputation.

What will be your mission?
* Lead and mentor a skilled DevOps team, fostering technical growth and strong team dynamics;
* Own and evolve robust, secure infrastructures across hybrid and cloud environments;
* Design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible;
* Contribute to strategic tech decisions and incident response, ensuring operational excellence in highly regulated environments (PCI DSS);
* Take an active role in code reviews, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
What will make you triumph in this position?
* Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
* Solid experience in DevOps roles (minimum 5 years) and technical leadership;
* Mastery of tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, ArgoCD;
* Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, ELK, FluentBit, etc.);
* Knowledge of environments regulated by standards such as PCI DSS;
* Passion for technological innovation, team spirit, and hands-on mindset;
* Fluent level of English.
