About the Role
The Data Integration Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient data models, developing interactive dashboards, and integrating data from multiple sources. This includes working with infrastructure components, automation tools, and cloud environments to support stable and scalable reporting platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Designing and implementing efficient data models for analytics
* Developing Power BI reports and interactive dashboards
* Integrating data from different systems into Power BI
* Optimising data models and queries for performance and user experience
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure reporting meets functional needs
* Performing technical testing on developed applications
* Working with Windows and Linux environments (Tomcat, Apache, etc.)
* Scheduling and automation using Control-M
* Handling file transfers using CFT
* Operating within public cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
* Contribute to containerised environments using Kubernetes
* Monitoring and troubleshooting using Dynatrace
* Applying ITIL V4 best practices in daily operations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Strong technical skills, including experience with Power BI and data modelling
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet deadlines
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
