We are seeking a skilledSAP Fullstack Developer BTP(m/f/x) to join our dynamic international team.
VOQUZ Labs is establishing a new development group focused on building innovative software solutions and expanding the adoption of cutting-edge SAP technologies.
Our product suite includes samQ, setQ, visoryQ, and remQ.
You will collaborate within a cross-functional team distributed across Mexico, Portugal and Romania.
This position supports both office-based (Germany, Portugal, Romania), hybrid and remote working arrangements.
Extensive experience in SAP roles and authorizations management will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
Develop SAP-based in-house applications, primarily serving the financial sector
Participate fully in the product development lifecycle, from feature discussions with the Product Owner to deployment and monitoring in production
Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and design new solutions
Design and implement applications aligned with VOQUZ Labs' UI strategy
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance business processes or system functionalities
Apply modern methodologies to ensure superior quality in software development and maintenance, adhering to top cloud standards
Core Skills:
Preferred minimum education: Bachelor's degree
Several years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP development
Over five years of IT experience in web UI development and integration (JavaScript)
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage projects to completion
A growth mindset characterized by perseverance, patience, and passion for innovation, along with the autonomy to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and collaborative environment
Valued additional Skills:
Extensive experience in SAP roles and authorizations management
Experience managing roles and authorizations out of BTP
Familiarity with BI and Cloud Computing is a plus
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
German language skills are advantageous but not required
Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, and effective prioritization abilities
