Key Responsibilities
* Manage the recruitment cycle from initiation to offer extension.
* Collaborate closely with business unit managers to ensure seamless hiring experiences for both teams and candidates.
* Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies for each opening, leveraging online campaigns, internal referrals, social media, and other channels.
* Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a continuous flow of new candidates.
* Promote process improvements and contribute to the development of our talent acquisition strategy.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
