Seeking an exceptional IT Talent Acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts in Portugal.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in IT recruitment, be passionate about technology, and excel in decision making, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
* Analysis of company's Recruitment Needs & Requirements with Hiring Managers;
* Write and post jobs to appropriate job boards;
* Source potential candidates on several platforms and social networks;
* Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions;
* Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, hard & soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
* Coordinate Technical Assessments with Hiring Managers;
* Define and Present Financial Proposals;
* Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
* Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager;
* Propose and implement new creative ways of achieving Recruiting Goals;
* Think strategically towards the best result for each talent acquisition process.
Requirements:
* Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar;
* Solid experience (+2 years) with IT recruitment contexts in fast-paced companies;
* Understanding of existing IT profiles, main Programming languages, Cloud ecosystems, infrastructure, etc.;
* Good verbal and written communication level and ability to empathize;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on solutions and creative approaches;
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, extremely responsive, and able to prioritize efficiently;
* Self-motivated, with high-performance working independently and with others;
* Willingness to learn and grow professionally;
* Very Good English level, verbal and written (mandatory).
