As a French-Speaking Operations Customer Expert, you will assist customers in resolving technical issues, account management queries, and product-related concerns, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
* Deliver professional technical assistance for users of gaming consoles and account management issues.
* Support customers with payment queries and troubleshooting.
* Assist with the setup, synchronization, and installation of gaming software and devices.
* Guide customers through purchasing gaming products and provide tailored advice.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements:
* Fluency (solid C2 to native) in French.
* B2 level proficiency in English.
* Gaming knowledge or experience (as a user, for example) is necessary
* Availability to work onsite in 8-hour rotational shifts (Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00).
* EU Member State citizenship or a valid residence card for Portugal.
Training and Compensation:
* Paid training period: EUR net per week.
* Training duration: 15 business days in English.
* Monthly gross salary package up to 1, depending on housing option).
* Meal allowance provided via a pre-paid debit card.
