French Customer Service Agent Opportunity
We are seeking highly proficient French-speaking individuals based locally in Braga to join our customer support team.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and issues primarily in French, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
* Communicate across various channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
Mandatory Requirements
* Language Skills: Native-level fluency in French (C2) is required for all primary customer interactions.
* Local Residence & Work Eligibility: This vacancy is exclusively targeted at local candidates who are already legally eligible to work in Portugal.
* Documentation Accepted: Applicants must possess one of the following valid proofs of residence/citizenship:
o A valid Residency Card (must be valid for over one year).
o EU Citizenship documentation.
o A valid Refugee Card.
Work Environment & Schedule
* Location: Braga, Portugal (Blended model: partly on-site, partly remote).
* Equipment: All necessary work equipment (e.g., computer, headset) will be provided by the employer.
* Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00.
* Rest Days: Enjoy a fixed two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
