What are we looking for?
At least 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar.
Ability to translate and communicate customer requirements clearly to project teams and developers.
Experience in assessing business needs to support the evolution of existing applications and the design of new solutions.
Proven capability to define, develop, and operationalize test acceptance criteria to ensure solution quality and alignment with requirements.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Commitment to quality of deliveries.
English fluent.
