Join to apply for the Lead AEP/CDP/AJO Developer (w/m/d) role at Merkle. This role focuses on designing and implementing Adobe Experience Platform solutions and leading technical architecture within the Adobe Experience Cloud.
Your responsibilities at Merkle
* Design and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Real-Time CDP
* Lead projects as a technical architect and subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud
* Own the technical architecture and data strategy across Adobe solutions
* Collaborate with marketing, data, and development teams to design end-to-end customer journeys
* Learn and integrate with various marketing and data technologies
* Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
* Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and scalable architecture design
* Follow Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
* Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams
* Prepare proposals, technical documentation, and time estimates for future work
* Schedule work to meet completion dates and technical specifications
Your skills for Merkle
* 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Real-Time CDP
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer data platforms, or marketing automation
* Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation strategies
* Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations and APIs
* Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful APIs
* Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Ability to produce accurate development estimates based on high-level requirements
* Advanced architecture design and diagramming skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; client-oriented and team-oriented
* University or college degree in computer science, marketing technology, or related field
