People Analytics is the AI & Analytics center of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics uses AI & Analytics platforms for data processing, visualization, and AI. We offer analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions tailored to senior management, HR teams, and business units.
Within People Analytics, you will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators working in Paris and Lisbon in an agile mode. You will collaborate with data experts (including data quality analysts, data analysts, data engineers & data scientists) and maintain constant contact with HR experts.
Your Main Activities Are
As a Product Owner, you will oversee HR analytical products (analysis notes, analytical tools, strategic indicators) that track workforce trends and monitor BNP Paribas group's Learning & Development initiatives. Your role is to maximize the customer value of these products continuously and sustainably.
To Do This
1. Build and embody the product vision aligned with strategic directions and stakeholder expectations.
2. Manage and be responsible for analytical products from functional design to final delivery.
3. Handle the Backlog, defining, designing, prioritizing, and communicating needs to the realization team (Data analysts, Data engineers, Data quality analyst, Data project manager) in an agile mode.
4. Coordinate and align with decision-making stakeholders.
5. Gather evolving customer needs and ensure end-user satisfaction by collecting feedback from sponsors.
6. Ensure trustworthy product delivery, considering data protection, security, robustness, reliability, and ethics, in collaboration with data management teams, and promote continuous improvement.

This position is within the People Analytics team at Group HR. You will join a vibrant, multidisciplinary team working in an agile environment with AI & Analytics experts, and will interact with other HR department members.

Profile And Skills To Success
- Scientific background with at least seven years of experience as an analyst or in a quantitative consulting role.
- Excellent listening skills, ability to understand customer needs, manage data projects, and communicate statistical analyses clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in data mining, modeling, and visualization.
- Commitment to responsibility and professional ethics daily.
