The Profile We're Looking For: "First Who":
* Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory for effective communication with stakeholders and clients. English proficiency (at least B2 level) is also required.
* Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid expertise in Data Engineering, including database design, production coding, and data warehousing. Experience with NoSQL and Relational Databases, ETL processes, and Distributed Computing is essential.
* Programming & Tools: Knowledge of programming languages such as Spark, R, Python, Java, or Scala. Familiarity with Hadoop tools and system integration is required.
* Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking to identify and address complex business challenges and drive continuous improvement.
* Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts in both French and English. Experience in building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and partners.
* Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and functional specifications in both French and English.
* Soft Skills & Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Ability to adapt to new business solutions and technologies effectively.
* Background: Experience in the Banking or Finance sector is considered a strong plus.

* Strategy & Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and market trends to support effective business strategies.
* Architecture Development: Develop, construct, test, and maintain architectures for large-scale data processing systems.
* System Design: Architect highly scalable distributed systems and translate business needs into functional specifications.
* Data Implementation: Implement data engineering processes using SQL/NoSQL databases and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
* Global Collaboration: Collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
