Join Our Team – Real Estate Sales Agent (Algarve)

We are seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Agent with strong sales and marketing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will secure new property listings, negotiate deals, and manage marketing campaigns to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquire property listings by securing agreements with owners, meeting weekly targets.
* Use innovative marketing techniques to promote listings both locally and internationally.
* Manage digital marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with weekly posts and audience engagement to generate leads.
* Stay informed about the local market, property valuations, and relevant laws.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding your network.
* Meet monthly sales targets consistently.
* Maintain confidentiality in all dealings and transactions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or related fields (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
* Minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience, ideally in the Golden Triangle, with a proven track record.
* Proficiency in English and Portuguese; other languages (French, Spanish, German, Russian, etc.) are a bonus.
* Must have your own car and laptop.
* Preference will be given to candidates based in the Faro region.
