Key Responsibilities
* Second level support for our Road transport management applications
* Processing, analyzing and solving support requests and creating documentation
* Preparation, execution and control of regular or unscheduled program changes on the test and production environments
* Support with the technical setup of new operating sites
* Single point of contact for our Service Desk and close cooperation with specialist departments and development groups in the course of problem solving
Qualifications and Skills
* Successfully completed training in the field of IT
* High IT affinity and enjoy solving software and technical problems, as well as the willingness to learn solution methods for IT problems
* Several years of experience in first or second level support
* Confident handling of Office programs and other IT tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
* Strong communication skills, flexibility and service-oriented mindset desirable
* Good knowledge of English
