About This Role

At the heart of our success lies a pioneering spirit and an unwavering commitment to excellence. We are seeking a seasoned business development professional with a proven track record in driving growth and revenue expansion within the European market.

This dynamic role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, influence, and limitless opportunities for career advancement. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted strategies to acquire high-value partnerships, expand our customer base, and fuel our regional growth trajectory.


Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and influencers.
* Business Growth & Performance Management: Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND). Deliver measurable business impact and treat ND as a core revenue-linked indicator.
* Beyond Sales Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire sales lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline.
* Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.
* Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behavior, and market dynamics in the DACH region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.
* Leveraging Marketing Capabilities: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective execution across German-speaking markets.


Requirements

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients.
* Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain long-term relationships and manage high-frequency partner interactions.
* Good command of English for business communication (German proficiency is a strong plus).
* High resilience and emotional stability under pressure and rejection.
* Established IB, affiliate, KOL, or trading community resources that can contribute immediately.
* Experience in CFD, FX, Crypto, or Online Trading industries, or personal experience using trading platforms.
* Strong hunter mindset: bonus-driven, results-oriented, and committed to ND growth.
