• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., networking, social media, job boards) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on competitive hiring practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Communication skills recruitment, ideally within a tech company or IT consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in areas such asRAN Engineers, Telecom Engineers, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
