We are seeking a skilled and organised
Chef de Partie
to prepare and serve our pasta and cold dishes line with company standards and recipes, reporting directly to the Head Chef or Sous Chef. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring a smooth, efficient lunch service. The CDP will work to deliver high-quality meals promptly, catering to guests while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and consistent dining experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time constraints
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key responsibilities as CDP:
Pasta Station:
Prepare sauces and mise en place for service
Cook pasta and risotto dishes to order
Assist in the preparation of antipasti and desserts
Ensure consistent quality and adherence to hygiene standards
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
Cold Station:
Prepare and plate cold dishes including salads, antipasti, and cold starters
Ensure high standards of presentation and consistency in all cold station items
Manage mise en place and stock rotation for the cold section
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth service across all sections
These tasks require attention to detail, analytical & time management skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently produce exquisite dishes and create a world class working environment.
