Main Responsibilities
* Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities via partner networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
* Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets while promoting client retention and satisfaction.
* Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
* Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain accurate records.
* Performance Reporting: Report on performance and pipeline activity to internal stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Effective Communication: Fluency in English (C1 level) with strong communication skills across written and spoken formats.
* Business Acumen: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a proven track record in sales within financial services or related sectors.
* Forex Experience: Proven experience in the Forex field, including evidence of having an active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit).
* Financial Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to engage clients in commercially-driven conversations and deliver tailored solutions.
* Negotiation and Sales: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets; comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
