About the Job
* We are seeking a Senior ITIL Service Manager to oversee end-to-end service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, plan, and manage teams responsible for delivering services.
* Evaluate team performance to ensure efficiency and alignment with established objectives.
* Ensure adherence to the ITIL framework for optimal service quality.
* Maintain best practices in IT service management.
* Manage critical incidents and restore services according to defined SLAs.
* Prepare regular reports on service performance.
* Hold meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Analyze service performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in relevant tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow.
* Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Teams and SCCM.
* Proficiency in monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Grafana.
* Fluency in English.
* ITIL certification is highly valued.
