As International Recruiter you're the vital link between clients and candidates. Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Managing local and international recruitment processes;
2. Implement global recruiting strategy (9 steps);
3. Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the selection process;
4. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications;
5. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, language skills, experience and aptitudes;
6. Conduct interviews;
7. On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated;
8. Perform background checks and assure all legal requirements and company policies are respected;
9. Promote the role of Human Resources inside the company, showing professionalism and being a positive influence at every occasion;
10. Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
11. Native or proficient Italian (mandatory)
12. Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
13. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, research and decision-making skills
14. Solid understanding and use of computer basics (Internet, e-mail, MS Office)
15. Organizational and time management skills
16. Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
17. Internet navigation skills and knowledge of job boards
18. Strong customer service orientation, analytical and decision making skills
19. Flexibility and ability to work in a fast- paced environment

Education and experience
31. University degree, preferably in Human Resources, or directly related work experience
32. Experience in Recruitment & Selection and or Human Resources
