Digital Content Manager Specialist
Key Objectives:
* Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns.
* Provide consultative guidance to advertisers on campaign strategy and performance metrics.
* Troubleshoot campaign-related issues and escalate when necessary.
* Guide customers on platform/product usage and digital advertising fundamentals.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, excellent customer service skills, and problem-solving aptitude. Fluency in Arabic (C2/native level) and good English communication are required. Continuous training and professional development in digital marketing and tech support are offered.
Schedule: Rotating shifts (24/7 operation)
