We're looking for a Total Rewards Associate Manager to lead the delivery of Compensation & Benefits programs in Portugal, translating global strategy into local, market‐relevant execution.
What you'll do
* Own the end‐to‐end annual compensation cycle (salary reviews, promotions, adjustments).
* Provide market insights and analytics to shape salary ranges, incentives, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
* Manage and optimize benefits programs (medical, retirement, flexible benefits, wellbeing).
* Ensure compliance with local labor law, pay equity, and global TR guidelines.
* Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Talent on offers, governance, and decision‐making.
* Deliver dashboards, insights, and clear communications for leaders and employees.
* Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation.
What you bring
* 5+ years in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
* Strong knowledge of comp structures, benefits, and market pricing.
* Experience with pay equity and analytics.
* Advanced Excel.
* Fluent English & Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
