Main Responsibilities
* Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research and develop targeted prospecting strategies in collaboration with our Lead Generation team.
* Prospecting & Qualification: Spearhead the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying leads, applying the BANT methodology to ensure they possess genuine value, booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
* Corporate Ambassador: Represent us as a trusted first point of contact, sharing our vision, values, and culture with prospects, establishing trust through clear communication and professional engagement, expanding your network and representing us at industry events and conferences to unlock new business opportunities.
* Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to refine buyer journeys and nurturing flows, share market insights with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align strategic objectives.
* Sales Operations & CRM: Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM data, produce insightful reports to inform decision-making and track progress, prepare proposals and commercial documentation to streamline the sales process.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or Inside Sales roles.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
* A structured analytical approach with strong research skills.
* Familiarity with the BANT qualification and sales prospecting methodologies.
* Experience with CRM systems and reporting.
* Experience in consulting, food industry, B2B sales, software, and/or SaaS is highly beneficial.
* A collaborative spirit to work closely with Marketing and Sales.
* Proactive, goal-oriented, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written) - Spanish is an asset.
