We're hiring our first dedicated Marketing Generalist (B2B 360°) to own demand generation end-to-end: strategy + execution across inbound and paid — from positioning and campaigns to conversion, distribution, and reporting.
Important: you don't need to be the primary writer/designer every day.
You do need to be the person who decides what we should say, to whom, where, and why - and can execute (hands-on) while coordinating internal SMEs and/or freelancers/agency when needed.
What you'll own1) Go-to-market messaging & segmentation Define ICP segments, personas, messaging, and offers by audience (procurement, supply chain, finance) Create content/campaign pillars and choose the priority bets each quarter 2) Paid demand generation (strategy + hands-on execution) Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Own budgets, targeting, creative testing, landing pages, and conversion tracking Run experiments (A/B tests, new audiences, new angles/offers) and scale what works Report on CAC, CPL, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and learnings 3) Website, SEO & conversion Keyword strategy, topic roadmap, on-page foundations Work with our agency to ship pages that rank and convert Own conversion rate improvements: landing pages, CTAs, forms, lead magnets, simple A/B tests 4) Content & distribution engine Content ops: ideation pipeline, briefs, calendar, QA (write when faster, often coordinate creation) LinkedIn distribution: company page + key leaders, weekly cadence, formats, hooks, ghostwriting coordination Repurpose content into ads, landing pages, newsletters, and sales enablement assets 5) Analytics & attribution Own instrumentation and reporting: GA4, Search Console, HubSpot/CRM dashboards Track traffic ? conversions ? MQL/SQL ? pipeline and turn insights into action Maintain clean campaign tracking (UTMs), attribution views, and weekly/monthly performance reviews You might be a great fit if.
..2–6 years in B2B marketing / demand gen / growth marketing in a high-ownership environment You can set strategy and execute (not only manage agencies) You have hands-on experience running and improving campaigns on: LinkedIn Ads Google Ads (Search; bonus if Display/YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Comfortable with technical topics (AI, data, supply chain, chemicals/materials, finance) and simplifying them Strong at prioritising, running projects, and shipping consistently Metrics-minded: funnels, conversion rates, attribution, testing Based in/near Porto and legally allowed to work in Portugal Bonus pointsSaaS/AI/analytics or supply chain audience experience Hands-on with Ahrefs/SEMrush, GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, Webflow/WordPress Experience with lead magnets (checklists, one-pagers, calculators), webinars/events, partner co-marketing Can do lightweight visuals in Canva/Figma
