ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions Provide technical & functional support across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession Planning and Time Optimize HR workflows, reporting, and integrations to enhance efficiency Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to drive digital transformation QualificationsExperience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration, role-based permissions, and reporting tools Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions (a plus) Fluency in English (written and spoken) Preferred QualificationsSAP SuccessFactors certification (highly preferred) Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions & integration#J-18808-Ljbffr
