This role contributes to the success of our organization by providing global support services to customers for Manufacturing Execution System projects.
 * Manage client expectations for priority of support issues.
 * Offer technical assistance to key users during deployment of the solution on every site.
 * Analyze issues and propose definitive solutions or workarounds.
 * In charge of corrective code necessary for maintenance activity.
 * Manage application releases and software deployment.
 * Perform audits for sites concerned by the support activity.
 * Participate in improvement of internal tools and processes.
 * Build knowledge repository for support queries and fixes.
 * 24/7 Shift support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you will need:
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
 * Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
 * Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and experience with SAP would be an asset.
