BFF Bank for the Portuguese office is looking for a Specialist, Credit Collection
The candidate will join a very dynamic international environment with the responsibility of credit management activities for Portugal country
Main Activities :
* Support the CM Manager in managing the portfolio activities with relationship with debtors
* Participation in negotiations of payment plans
* Sending payment reminders and managing the feedbacks from the debtors
* Upload of invoices status in the system
* Verify and monitor debtors' accounts
* Track the volume of exposure
* Collaborate with the internal legal unit for the initiation and management of legal actions
* Request to clients the probative documentation related to the receivables purchased by the Bank
* Check and update the information in the IT tool (invoices status, negotiations stages, payments allocation, etc...)
* Manage retrocession to be paid by the clients
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in managing relationships with public or private counterparties for debt recovery and negotiation of agreements
* Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs (priority oriented).
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexible approach to problems and strong aptitude for teamwork.
* Degree in Business Administration/ Law
Skills:

* Nice to have working in Pharmaceutical/utilities/bank industry or lawyers working in NPL/ debt recovery sector.
