The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
This role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills, along with experience in using Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
