Your Job
1. Create and maintain analytical dashboards to support general financial analysis (such as key profitability drivers). Present reports and findings to relevant stakeholders
2. Collaborate with regional leadership teams to perform analysis and reporting. Communicate variances to managers
3. Create and maintain detailed analytical reports related to P&L drivers
4. Lead efforts to drive financial initiatives and work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders
5. Track and review financial results during monthly financial close
6. Analyse variances to plan and prior year and prepare illustrative slides for Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentation
7. Support financial analysis for annual budget and forecast
8. Support managers with relevant forecast and budget models and submit final numbers into the forecast and budgeting system
9. Assist with data validation, preparation, and analysis for financial metrics and KPIs
10. Collaborate and partner with business segments teams to gather and compile data needed to conduct analyses, identify trends and/or address senior management requests
11. Review corresponding projects to ensure financial and utilization metrics have positive trends. Loop in relevant stakeholders to handle outliers
12. Generate ad hoc analysis reports as needed
Your Profile
13. A degree from a three or four-year Bachelors Study Program in Finance
14. 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis roles
15. Proficiency in the English Language (CEFR B2 Proficiency Rating or above); French language is a plus
16. Proficiency in utilising the D365 system is a strong plus
17. Experience using PowerBI is a plus
18. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting purposes
19. Strong analytical and numeracy skills
20. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
21. Ability to assimilate and summarize financial information in an appropriate context
22. Strategic and commercial acumen, as well as the ability and willingness to be hands-on
23. Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, dynamic team
24. Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting
25. Technologically savvy, with an ability to point to examples of having worked with IT staff to develop and implement new processes and systems that increased efficiency in a fast- moving environment
26. Experience working with a team in multiple locations (including shared services) is a plus
