About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring systems and broker portals to meet specific client requirements.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will have strong knowledge of SQL, including query creation, database manipulation, and the use of reporting tools (Crystal Reports, MS Report Builder). You will also possess excellent analytical skills, with experience translating business requirements into detailed technical documentation, solution proposals, and system flows.
The ideal candidate will be able to identify, design, and implement technical solutions, working closely with developers and end users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction. You will also have excellent communication skills and autonomy, including preparing user manuals, delivering user training, planning testing activities, and taking responsibility for deadlines and deliverables.
