We are currently seeking for a Financial Controller (Power BI Pro) to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal.

What you'll be doing:
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with management needs;
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and integration of multiple data sources;
Create and monitor financial and operational KPIs, contributing to informed decision-making;
Implement and improve internal control processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards;
Contribute to the automation and continuous optimization of financial and reporting processes.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or similar roles;
Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards), is mandatory;
Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting and analysis tools;
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams;
Experience with Python and/or Oracle EPM (consolidation) would be a plus;
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
