About the Role

Organization SE CFO Business Unit Accounting & Controlling Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional Snapshot of your dayYou will be working with a domain experts to clarify accounting issues, analyze errors, make corrections, and support process improvements. You will manage daily General Ledger, Closing & Reporting tasks and month-end activities, ensuring timely and accurate recording per IFRS, local GAAP, and relevant standards.How you'll make a difference
1. Orchestrate your assigned company's MEC (Month-end-Closing), ensuring active collaboration, problem solving skills, and continue improving mindset
2. Ensure audit controls
3. Perform accounts reconciliation
4. Assisting with implementing and documenting new processes and procedures
5. General housekeeping of General Ledger accounts
6. Intercompany reconciliations
7. Posting of accruals, provisions, and further relevant GL items
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regional accounting hubs and local business teams
9. Actively listen to stakeholder needs, manage complex issues, and take ownership of decisions with the Senior Analyst
10. Share best practices with stakeholders

What you bring
16. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
17. Good understanding of SAP-FI (you will be tested)
18. You are fluent English
19. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance Operations
20. General Ledger, Closing & Reporting accounting and IFRS knowledge is preferable
21. Good MS-Office skills (especially in MS-Excel)
22. Experience in transitions and transformation projects is an advantage
