The Profile We're Looking For: "First Who"
Experience: At least 4+ years of professional experience developing JAVA/Spring Web Applications.
Technical Proficiency: Solid expertise in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS/SSL/TLS Protocols.
Deep interest in and commitment to security and cybersecurity challenges.
DevOps & Tools: Experienced with Continuous Integration (CI) principles and tools: GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus, or Artifactory.
Experienced with Continuous Deployment (CD) using Jenkins and Ansible.
Documentation & Design: Ability to produce high-value documentation and contribute to functional/technical specifications following internal architecture guidelines.
Soft Skills & Collaboration: A proactive team player who challenges the team and shares innovative ideas.
Ability to thrive in an Agile environment, interacting effectively with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional squads.
Languages: English: Mandatory proficiency.
French: Considered a "Good to Have" (not mandatory).
Your Responsibilities: "Then What"
Working within the IT Finance Tribe of BNPP CARDIF (the insurance subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group), you will be integrated into an Agile Squad to ensure the excellence of Finance Business Line applications. Your core missions include:
Production & Quality Management: Monitor the resolution of production incidents and manage anomalies.
Validate the quality of deliverables provided by development partners.
Provide technical support for platform integrators and production operators.
Maintenance & Evolution: Ensure the maintenance of non-production environments.
Act as a key player in preventive maintenance and the selection of application solutions.
Technical Design & Monitoring: Participate in technical design and oversee the development phases carried out by partners.
Monitor squad project phases and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
Security & Standards: Contribute to security and cybersecurity initiatives.
Ensure all developments align with internal architecture and security guidelines.
