We are partnering with Airbus to create a Global Businesses Services team in Lisbon.
This role requires an Integrated Business Process PMO profile, who will support project managers in designing and implementing processes and tools.
Responsibilities:
* You will collaborate closely with our internal finance partners to define, roll out, and maintain digital solutions. This includes gathering requirements, designing solutions, coordinating with IT teams, and preparing for user acceptance testing.
* As a process and system expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of these solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* You will work with a cross-functional team to identify business deliverables that contribute to sustainability goals and shape the Finance Transformation sustainability roadmap.
* You will have the opportunity to address sustainability impacts across the finance organization, including reporting, planning, funding, investments, tax, and compliance.
* You will provide information to the governance body on decisions related to sustainability at Airbus.
* You will stay up-to-date with industry best practices, evolving regulations (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD, TFCD), and reporting standards (ESRS) to ensure compliance with internal initiatives.
Requirements:
* Advanced degree in Economics or Finance
* Proven experience in system implementation (reporting, planning, or ERPs)
* Project management experience
* Curiosity about sustainability (ESG) and its integration into financial practices
* Digital mindset with ability to turn business requirements into IT specifications
* Collaborative work style with diverse profiles and objectives
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences
* Languages skills: Negotiation level of English; French, German, Spanish also appreciated
