About the role:We are looking for a mid-level marketing designer to join our team as our first dedicated design hire.
This is a production-focused role with high output expectations across digital and print formats.
You will work directly with the Marketing Director, taking briefs from strategy through to final delivery across all visual marketing materials.
This role suits a designer who finds satisfaction in throughput, consistency, and making complex technical content look clear and credible — not someone looking to lead creative strategy.
What you will own:All digital asset production: email graphics, landing page visuals, social content, website banners, and presentation decks
Print production for catalogue, rollup banners, and tradeshow materials, including press-ready file preparation
Document formatting and layout: datasheets, application notes, technical guides, and sales collateral
Brand consistency across all output, working within established brand guidelines
Coordination with external print suppliers for tradeshow and event materials
What we are looking for3–5 years of in-house or agency design experience with a strong generalist portfolio
Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
Print production literacy: understands bleed, CMYK, resolution, and press-ready file preparation
Experience in life science, pharma, medtech, or a technical B2B environment is a strong advantage
Self-sufficient with briefs.
Able to manage a queue of work independently without daily direction
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
our materials areproduced primarily in English
Comfortable in a fast-moving, small-team environment where priorities shift and output volume is high

Tradeshow and catalogue materials delivered on time and to print specification
Consistent visual quality across digital and print output
A growing library of reusable templates that accelerate future production
