Job Opportunity:
You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our organization through the creation of marketing collateral and web design assets. This involves developing engaging layouts for digital and print materials, as well as contributing to the design of websites, landing pages, and campaign pages.
The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with strong layout, branding, and digital design skills, eager to grow in multimedia and marketing design within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, motion graphics, presentations, and digital campaigns for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design layouts for websites, landing pages, and campaign pages (no coding required).
• Create marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, infographics, social media graphics, event materials, and other print/digital assets.
• Ensure all creative assets align with our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical concepts into visually compelling content.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging digital tools, and multimedia technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Assist in maintaining and evolving our design systems and templates for marketing and communication materials.
• Other tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in design roles is an asset but not a strict requirement (internships and freelance work considered).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with layout and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Understanding of WordPress design workflows and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset (no development expected).
• Ability to produce both multimedia (video, motion, graphics) and layout/visual design assets.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced marketing team environment.
