Critical Raw Materials Expertise
We are seeking professionals with in-depth knowledge of Critical Raw Materials to support the development and implementation of EU policies.
Our goal is to create a pool of experts who can analyze existing and planned national policies relevant to CRM, identify gaps or enhancements needed for CRMA alignment, and propose alternative policy measures and institutional reforms to support local CRM production, processing, and recycling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze existing and planned national policies relevant to CRM and identify gaps or enhancements needed for CRMA alignment.
* Propose alternative policy measures and institutional reforms to support local CRM production, processing, and recycling.
* Draft recommendations on changes to the legislative and administrative framework for CRMA implementation.
* Advise on EU-level CRM strategy coherence and resilience-building measures.
Qualifications:
* Masters degree in public policy, EU law, geology, mining policy, or related field.
* At least 8 years experience in raw materials governance, critical mineral strategy, or EU industrial policy.
* Familiarity with the CRMA and related Green Deal, Circular Economy, and resilience policy frameworks.
* Excellent analytical and policy drafting skills.
