We are seeking a German-speaking HR Administrative professional to support human resources operations within the technology and telecoms sector. This role requires fluency in German and strong ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Description
Manage and accurately maintain employee records and documentation.
Assist with onboarding activities to ensure the seamless integration of new hires.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters in German and English.
Provide support with payroll and benefits documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Generate HR reports and maintain data accuracy within HR systems.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Profile
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience or knowledge in human resources or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Previous experience with Workday is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and labor legislation is an advantage.
