Profile / Requirements
* Experience in Asian cuisine (preferred)
* Knowledge of Asian ingredients and techniques
* Minimum 2 years in similar role
* Culinary production training
* Fluent English required
* Portuguese knowledge is a plus
* Creativity and innovation in dish creation
* Strong operational leadership skills
* Organization, precision, attention to detail
