JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for an IT Support / Asset Management Specialist to help manage and support our growing fleet of IT devices across multiple European offices. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on IT support experience who enjoys ownership, organisation, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
While the position is remote-friendly, our device warehouse and operational base is in Lisbon, so availability to travel is essential.
What you'll do
* Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals)
* Handle device onboarding/offboarding for employees across Europe
* Maintain accurate asset inventories and documentation
* Coordinate shipping, returns, repairs, and replacements
* Work closely with local offices and vendors to ensure timely device availability
* Provide basic IT support (hardware, setup, access issues)
* Support standard IT processes and best practices across regions
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in IT support or service desk roles
* Strong understanding of IT asset management
* Experience managing laptops and mobile devices at scale
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Willing and able to travel occasionally within Europe
Nice to have
* Experience supporting multiple international offices
* French and/or German language skills
* Familiarity with device lifecycle tools or asset management systems
